In the summer of 2005 we contracted Grokowsky Construction to build our first home. We were a young couple expecting our first baby and did not have much experience with building. Karl was so helpful in guiding us through the whole process, it was a large project but it went very smooth. Karl and his crew were very knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and efficient. Everybody worked so hard to get us in the house before the baby came, and were successful.
