Design -We prefer to work with you right from the start, whether it is a kitchen remodel, addition or new home. As the design is developed, we discuss and determine layout of all amenities & mechanicals, yet keeping a close eye on proper aesthetics. We want you to be proud of showcasing your new home or remodel to friends and family.There are design fees for most projects, but all are 100% refundable if you should have Grokowsky Construction perform all the work.

General Contracting - This is where the rubber meets the road...Your main contact throughout the whole process is Grokowsky Construction. While there will be necessary meetings with electricians & plumbers at different phases, the only number you will need to dial will be ours. The amount of phone calls and coordination it takes in getting the right people, to the right place at the right time is enormous. Our customer satisfaction speaks for itself, we encourage you to utilize our dependable staff, carpenters & subcontractors for your next building venture.
